they appear in the systems where unidentified structures are belong
those systems includes nj4x or pns etc. there are couples of them (like 7-8) in tenal and a bit more in venal
they warp in and out with circadian seekers 
they warp to gates too
they just not stand still. 
I meant hey don't get on a gate and sit still on there. they go there. stay like 3-4 min and warp out
but they dont do it that oftehn like circadian seekers did
they %80 sit on unidentified structure and defend it
they do not attack you on gate unless you provoke them
but the attitude may change in tranquility
they ma drop shiny shit. so those systems will be full of "gold rush" people
and they will "die" 
those seekers can one shot a marauder in its bastion mode on
can shoot and kill a carrier in triace with just 3 shots

so it looks like they can point, and come in to belts and anomalies and even agress like regular belt rats. their attitude changed in tranquility. well your regular belt ratters, and miners are fucked
